When ordering printed materials up to 150 €, you automatically receive our Satisfaction Guarantee. This guarantees that if you are not satisfied with the quality of your print, you can choose one of two solutions:
a/ We will refund your money (including the shipping cost).
b/ We will produce corrected printed materials based on your feedback. We will deduct the amount already paid, including the shipping cost, from the final amount of the corrected order. We will send you the corrected printed materials we produce under the Satisfaction Guarantee by the most economical type of standard shipping.
The Satisfaction Guarantee can be applied under the following conditions:
The printing product to which the Satisfaction Guarantee applies must be up to 150 €. ( For printing products above 150 €, the Satisfaction Guarantee cannot be applied. However, we will be happy to make you a free sample print on request. This way you will be sure how the final product will look like. )
The order must be paid for at the time the Satisfaction Guarantee is applied.
The Satisfaction Guarantee can only be applied within 15 calendar days of the order being dispatched or the order being ready for personal collection.
The printing product to which the Satisfaction Guarantee applies must be complete, in full quantity and unused. Do not send the printing product back to us. Based on our decision, the print product will either be left with the customer or picked up by our courier free of charge. Then you just need to pack it appropriately for shipping.
The Guarantee cannot be applied to an order that has already been created under the Satisfaction Guarantee (i.e. it is not possible to chain the Satisfaction Guarantee).
The Satisfaction Guarantee can only be applied by one customer once in a 3-month period.
If your printed matter does not qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee, but you believe that the printed matter is defective, you may use the standard complaint procedure described in our Terms & Conditions.
